Who processes your data

The data controller is CCG Development, a company providing consulting, design, construction and general contracting services. Data is processed in line with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and with GDPR requirements to the extent they apply to users from the EU.

What data we collect

We collect the minimum amount of data required to answer your request and to run the website:

• data you voluntarily provide in the contact form: name, phone number, email address, message text;
• technical data sent automatically by your browser: IP address, device and browser type, language, pages viewed, referral source;
• analytics data collected through cookies and Google Analytics (in anonymised form).

Purposes of processing

• handling requests submitted through the contact form and communicating with you;
• preparing commercial proposals and supporting negotiations about the company's services;
• analysing traffic and improving the structure and content of the website;
• complying with legal obligations where such obligations arise.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, given by filling in and submitting the form on the website, and on the company's legitimate interest in operating the website and communicating with prospective clients. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by writing to v.kolos@ccg.ua.

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared only with service providers that technically support the website (hosting, email services, web analytics) to the minimum extent required, and with authorised state bodies — exclusively where required by law.

Retention and security

Personal data is stored for as long as required for the purpose it was collected for, but no longer than 3 years from the last contact, unless the law requires otherwise. We apply organisational and technical safeguards: restricted access to data, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and regular software updates.

Your rights

• obtain information on which of your data is being processed;
• request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
• request erasure of data or restriction of processing;
• withdraw your consent;
• lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy if our data processing practices or legal requirements change. The current version is always available on this page, with the update date shown at the top of the document.
